Appointment Policy

Effective Date: September 2025

Booking & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of your treatment cost is required for all bookings made in-person or by phone. For online bookings, full payment of the treatment is required at the time of booking.


Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of your prepaid deposit.

Lateness

We value your time and ours. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be considered forfeited, and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

Appointment Amendments
Need to make changes to your service? Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Amendments requested without sufficient notice may not be possible, or your deposit may be forfeited if rescheduling is required.
