

Appointment Policy

At Rejuvenating Skin & Aesthetic Services, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. Our appointment policy allows us to protect the time allocated for your treatment, prepare the correct room and equipment, and ensure fairness to all clients.
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Booking & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit of the treatment cost is required at the time of booking.
This applies to all bookings made in clinic, by phone, or online.
Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, or a cancellation fee being applied up to the amount of the deposit paid.
This is because your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, and late changes may prevent us from offering that time to another client.

Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment and we have not received the required notice, your appointment will be treated as a missed appointment.
Missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, or a cancellation fee being applied up to the amount of the deposit paid.
A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment.

Rescheduling a Missed Appointment
Missed appointments are not automatically rescheduled.
If you miss your appointment, a new appointment will need to be booked. To secure another appointment time, please contact us directly or book online.
Where a deposit has been forfeited or a cancellation fee has been applied in line with this policy, a new 50% deposit will be required to secure the next booking.

Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid impacting the next client. The full treatment price will still apply.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may no longer be able to go ahead and may be treated as a missed appointment. In this case, your deposit may be forfeited, and a new booking and deposit will be required.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.​

Suitability, Contraindications & Treatment Safety
Your safety is our priority. Some treatments may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions, contraindications, medications, recent procedures, skin changes, or other relevant health factors.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information before your appointment and informing us of any changes to your health, skin, medication, pregnancy status, allergies, recent cosmetic treatments, or medical history.
If we determine on the day that your booked treatment is not suitable or safe to proceed, we may need to modify, postpone, or cancel the treatment.
Where an appointment cannot go ahead due to information not being disclosed prior to the appointment, your deposit may be forfeited or transferred at our discretion.

Consultation Forms & Consent
Consultation forms and consent forms must be completed before treatment.
If forms are not completed prior to your appointment, they may need to be completed during your appointment time. This may reduce your treatment time.
If we are unable to proceed safely due to incomplete forms, missing information, or lack of consent, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Deposits & Transfers
Deposits are paid to secure your appointment time and are applied toward the cost of your treatment.
Deposits are not automatically refundable or transferable for late cancellations, missed appointments, or late arrivals where the appointment can no longer proceed.
Where sufficient notice has been provided, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment.
Transferred deposits must be used toward the rescheduled appointment and cannot be transferred indefinitely.

Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders may be sent as a courtesy by SMS, email, or other booking communication.
It remains your responsibility to remember and attend your appointment, even if a reminder is not received.
Please ensure your contact details are correct and up to date.

Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur.
If you are unable to attend due to an emergency or exceptional circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any decision to transfer a deposit, waive a cancellation fee, or make an exception to this policy will be made at the discretion of Rejuvenating Skin & Aesthetic Services.

Clinic-Initiated Changes
In the rare event that we need to cancel, reschedule, or amend your appointment due to illness, equipment issues, staff availability, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Where the clinic needs to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time or managed appropriately.

Agreement
By booking an appointment with Rejuvenating Skin & Aesthetic Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this appointment policy.
This policy is in place to protect our clients, our team, and the time reserved for each treatment.
