Appointment Policy
Effective Date: March 2024
To secure your booking, clients are required to make an upfront deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the future treatment. This deposit is mandatory for all bookings, whether made via phone or in-person at the clinic.
To secure your booking that has been booked online, the total cost of the treatment needs to be paid for upfront. This is mandatory for all appointments booked online.
Cancellations or Rescheduling
Please be advised that should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the prepaid deposit, which will neither be refunded nor transferred to a new appointment. This policy also applies in cases where clients fail to attend their scheduled appointments.

Lateness
We respect the value of our clients' time. Therefore, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be forfeited, and the prepaid deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new booking.
Appointment Amendments
If you find the need to amend your scheduled service, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the appointment time. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other bookings. Should you fail to provide the required notice, amendments may not be possible, or the prepaid deposit will be forfeited if rescheduling is required.
