Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities, and we’ve outlined our return and exchange policies to ensure a seamless experience.

Change of Mind: We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
 

Faulty or Damaged Items: 

If your item is faulty or damaged, you have 7 days from the day you receive it to notify us and arrange a return. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. To initiate a return, contact our team with your order number and details of the item. We will provide prompt instructions on how to proceed.

Allergic Reactions:
We understand that skin sensitivities vary. To minimize risk, please perform a patch test before using any new product.

If you experience a documented allergic reaction to a product:

  • Notify us promptly: Contact our team within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide details: Share information about the reaction and, if possible, photographic evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be refunded to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping:
For faulty, damaged, or allergic reaction returns, shipping is at no cost to you. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
